Located in Carpineto, in the Monti Picentini Regional Park, in a rustic area isolated from the chaos of the city, ideal for those who love the mountains and to visit Salerno and artist lights (14km), the Amalfi Coast (19km), Paestum and Pompeii (40min), 45 minutes from the Naples airport and 2km from the Fisciano motorway exit. The Villa Serena holiday home has outdoor dining areas with terraces, garden, double barbecue and independent kitchen. Free parking in the garden. Villa Serena is 2 km from the Fisciano-University motorway exit, 14km from Salerno, 19 from Vietri sul Mare and so from the Costiera Amalfitana, 40minutes from Pompei and 45 minutes from Aereoporto Internazionale di Napoli Capodichino. Close to the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Paestum and the Amalfi Coast, located in an area surrounded by hills and mountains, due to its position it offers the possibility to make excursions of all kinds, on the mountain of Pizzo San Michele (1.567m) on top there is the summit sanctuary (the highest in Italy) dedicated to the cult of San Michele Arcangelo which is a destination for processions throughout the year, in natural parks (Il Frassineto), trekking on horseback and mountain biking, food and wine tours of excellence (mozzarella, oil, wine, homemade ice cream). HOW IS VILLA SERENA MADE? Surrounded by over 2000 square meters of garden the chalet of over 120 square metres is on two levels: on the ground floor we find immediately the living room, equipped with sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), tables and chairs, continuing we have the kitchen-living room with fireplace, equipped with sofas, microwave, oven, stove, sink and barbecue, in the last we have the first bathroom, with a shower; on the first floor we find the two bedrooms, one single and one quadruple, with two level terraces and a bathroom with tub. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer. WHERE TO PARK? Obviously Villa Serena has a patio where you can easily park all your cars WHERE TO DO THE EXPENDITURE? A few meters from the villa there is a nice minimarket with all the useful, but stretching a little more you can easily find Eurospin, Conad, etc ... WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? -Towels -Bed sheets -Soap -Toilet paper -Pillows WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? - HEATING: the use of heating is paid according to consumption, with the cost of € 1.5 per hour, to be paid upon arrival according to the established and pre-set daily hours before arrival at home. In addition gas stoves can be supplied with the cost of € 25 each in relation to the cost of the cylinder.
