The double bedroom on the ground floor has access through to the downstairs toilet and shower. This bedroom is now accessible by a sloped ramp from the back door. Ideal place for families, friends or couples! The house itself is within walking distance to the town centre, located next to Tesco and Asda grocery stores and only a short walk to several restaurants, cafes and pubs. Approx distance to Hotels nearby: 0.2 miles to The Westville Hotel (4 min WALK) 0.3 miles to The Killyhevlin Hotel (6 min WALK) 0.6 miles to Enniskillen Hotel (10 min WALK) 5.6 miles to Lough Erne Resort (15 min DRIVE) 7.3 miles to The Manor House Country Hotel (15 min DRIVE) The Marble Arch Caves, Cuilcagh Trail (Stairway to heaven), Enniskillen Castle and Castle Coole are all must see in Fermanagh and not to mention the amazing waterways of Lough Erne in which the County is renowned for. The town centre and all its attractions pubs and restaurants are a 5 minute stroll from the house. The Ardhowen Theatre is a 2 minute walk from the front door, the Killyhevlin is a further 1000m further on up past the Circle K Filling station. Walk into the town it’s that close. A taxi will cost very little as your within the town boundaries. Of course you can use your car and park in many of the town car parks
