We want you to feel like home where anxieties of daily life are surrendered at our door and guests transit into a relaxed state of mind. Via Verdi is located in Mondolfo, one of Italy’s prettiest towns. Surrounded by fields and only a 7-minute drive away from the coast, your home away from home will be an escape from the real world. Leave your gadgets in your bag and enjoy the sun, the sea and the beautiful simplicities around. The residence has a unique heritage. It is a family house since the 60's. We tried to preserve the original interior and furniture. The space is composed of two spacious master bedrooms, a twin room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a bright living room with a stunning view. The house can host up to 6 guests. We also have a back garden full of fruit trees where you can see fireflies at night in summer if you are lucky! We would give you space but we also want to invite you to share your favourite dishes with us and get to know each other over good food and wine! The house is located just a few steps out of the historical centre of Mondolfo, listed as one the most beautiful village of Italy. Once you arrive, leave your luggage at home and take a stroll up to the top hill of Mondolfo. Get lost around its little alleys. Once you have enjoyed the view, descend the hill and go to the lower side; visit the museum and the church of "S. Agostino" with the inner "chiostro". Have dinner at restaurant Avis and try the unique selection of beef steak "Tagliata". The parking is just in front of the house. There is a public bus that goes from Mondolfo to Marotta train station every day. If you are coming from an airport, it is best to rent a car and drive up to our place. From Mondolfo it is very easy to visit various different scenic places. It takes only half an hour to reach "Parco del Conero", an amazing promontory with the best beaches of the entire Adriatic sea and top seafood restaurants. If you are interested in culture and heritage, visit Urbino, a Unesco world heritage site, just 40 minutes drive from our house.
