Our apartment is located at Silverpark Resort. Previously was run by a Resort which now no longer active. I am one of the operator who run the "Homestay", we provide clean and comfortable apartment. View is very nice expecially from Balcony, 100% unblocking view,i am sure you would love it. 3 rooms apmt for 8 pax,with cooking utensil. Double gas stove,fridge,kettle,frying pot and boiling pot, 8 plate,8 bowl,8 cup,8 spoon and fork and multi porpose cooker. NO WIFI pot yet Data plan needed, this unit you can have 4g most of the time esp Maxis. The Balcony is direct facing mountain and jungle.(the missy photo attached was taken grom apmt) This is above road level unit and only walk up 1.5 floors from gtound This is private resort,msin attraction is play ground snd many pine trees. Silverpark Resort is one of the top hill,so you can overseeens a very hood view, this unit you csn see Sunrise from Balcony You csn send me whatapp any time,we will reply asap. During yr stay we have strong opetstions team around to assist Natural green is the main attraction. Many comes for bird watching and hiking (eh Pine ) Jeriau waterfall, Allan water (boating and frying fork), Horse riding. Orchird farm, children play ground, Strswberry farm etc. Max 2 excess card per apmt,no visitors parking,car,without excesd card only can park at mosque area,about 500 meter from guarf house. Free parking at any "yellow line"parking only. No unreadonable noise asp after 10pm
