Our house is located in the heart of Almayate, small and traditional agriculture town on the outskirts of Sierra Nevada right on the mediterranian sea. 30 minutes from Malaga Airport. Almayate is a idyllic spanish town.A perfect place to relax and enjoy the Medeterranian life. 10 minutes walks to one of the best beaches. In Almayate are there typical locals shops,restaurants and bars and a 10 minutes walk gets you to sone If the best beaches and coastlines in the region, hidden away behind fields of bamboo and sugar can and free from hotels or building blocs. You won’t find many tourists there, just some locals and a genuine chirinquito or beach restaurant called Hornillero, embedded in a tropical garden on the beach. The 65m2 roof terrasse is a house favorite for quiet SEA view breaskfasts and moonlight dinners. It includes a Weber BBQ, not included gas, extra fridge, cold shower, solar lights and a large table for 10 persons and chairs. Another favorite is our private pool in the downstairs patio, perfect for kids to play and adults to cool of. The pool is open from may to oct 1st. All rooms are fully airconditioned with wifi all around. Ground floor: a beautiful Orange tree and a rose garden terrace on the front of the house, and another small patio in the back, with a large living and dining area, TV,DVD, large dining table and chairs, fully functioning kitchen and an outside washing machine and a bedroom with aircondition. The living and kitchen has also aircondition. 1 floor: 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardsrobes, double beds, aircondition and one room with a balcony to the west. 2 floor. 65 m2 roof terrasse with a perfect corner which is sometimes partly turned into an extra outside canvas-roof-bedroom Almayate is the perfect launching pad for visits villages Torre del Mar, Nerja and Frigiliana. Torre del Mar is 5 minutes away and it has many shops and restaurants and a very good beach. 10 minutes drive from Almayate you find Aquaveliz parque, a large park with pools and slides. A minute drive from the aqua park you will find a large shopping senter called Eroski. In the erea you will find, horseriding, bowling,tennis, 18 holes golf erea called Baviara. Nerja is known for its caves and you will find a famous mountain city called Frigiliana near Nerja. Granada with Alhambra palace is 1 and half hours away with the car.
