This fully furnished one-bedroom unit is situated a few meters away from the shores of San Jose Beach in Talisay, just 15 minutes from downtown Daet, in Camarines Norte - the surfing capital of Bicol. Here are some of the details of this beautiful getaway: • On 2 hectares of land, so you have plenty of privacy • A gazebo and view deck where guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the San Jose beach facing the Pacific Ocean • 92 sq. m. of indoor living space • Living room with couch, fan and an HD TV • Full kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, pots and pans, dining utensils, plates, cups and saucers, drinking glasses • Dining table for six • Master's bedroom with a double bed, a single pull out bed, an air conditioner, a cabinet and it's own toilet and bath with heated shower • Large second bedroom with two double beds, an air conditioner, a cabinet • A separate toilet and bath with heated shower • A set of linens and towels for registered guests • Flat iron and ironing board is available upon request The base price is for the first 7 guests. There is also an open grill that they can use for barbecue. Free parking space for the duration of your stay. Guests will be personally attended to upon registration and will be given the key for the unit. They will be required to present their individual valid I.D. which must match their profile as presented in Airbnb. Guests will be provided with a number upon check in which they can call should they need any assistance during their stay. For security reasons, guests are not allowed to invite visitors within the premises unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight and will likewise be required to present valid credentials. Casa Napundan is a few meters walk towards San Jose beach. The neighboring town of Daet, the heart of Camarines Norte, is just a 15-minute ride. Bagasbas beach, which is also in Daet, is just a 5 minute drive with the opening of the Corazon Aquino Boulevard. The port of Vinzons is also a 15-minute ride from the casa and from there you can take a boat going to the pristine beach of Calaguas Island. Jeepneys and tricycles are the main means of transportation. Contact numbers of tricycles for hire are provided in the room directory.
