Cute little shabby chic cottage set in 3 private park like acres. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom lounge , laundry including washing machine and dryer. Lovely back deck overlooking gardens. Air conditioner for summer and gas heater for winter. You will be safe and secure on our beautiful gated property. Weber Family Q gas bbq available on request, cleaning fee of $25 will be charged if bbq is not left clean after use. There is also plenty of wildlife around . Close to Sydney CBD (40mins by car) and MI/M2 motorways,quiet semi rural location, lovely gardens to stroll in while sipping a glass of wine. Surrounded by acreage properties.Bus at the end of the driveway. Close to great restaurants and shops. Breakfast hamper optional - $10per head Afternoon canapés available - $10 per head Complimentary bottle of wine provided on arrival, please request - red or white . Wine will not be provided unless specifically requested. Pet fees applicable - $80 one small dog Foxtel Pocket wifi is available for hire, rates will be advised once we know how many Gb is required Espressatoria machine and pods Venue hire - our property can be hired for film or commercials - to hire our property / gardens there is an extra daily charge of $1000 payable in cash to us. This must be paid on arrival in advance. We can accommodate no more than 10 cars on site, these cars must not block our garage doors or driveway at any time. We also live on the property, fifty meters away, so if you need any assistance we are close by. You are very welcome to stay in our lovely Dural get away, a piece of the country in Sydney's northwest hidden gem. We have electric gates, when you arrive please stop your car approx 3 meters away from the gate as the gate opens towards you. Gate code will be provided on booking the property. Parking - We request that guests park on a gravel parking area or on the asphalt, not on the lawns. There are two bedrooms , the main one has a king sized bed and a ottoman sleeper . The second bedroom has bunks, there a glass doors opening onto the main living area. It's quiet and leafy .....Dural is pretty classy. Sprawling properties in beautiful semi rural settings .The green lawns and magnificent trees are quite amazing. The area is quite gentrified. Far away when you want it to be and close to everything that you might need like restaurants, cafes and great shopping centres. Once you have stayed in Dural you will never want to stay in suburbia again !!! We don't !! Bus at the end of the driveway. Trains are 10 minutes away in Hornsby. Closest metro station is 8 minutes drive at Cherrybrook. We have two happy and active Jack Russell terriers, please make sure the gates are kept closed. We have plenty of secure parking for a caravan or horse float if required. Parking is not allowed on the lawns, there is a gravel car parking area near the cottage plus asphalt. No smoking at all in the cottage, smoking permitted on the deck only, butts must not left/thrown anywhere on the property. The cleaning charge will increase if more than one dog, dogs approved only after prior consultation. The cleaning charge for multiple dogs will be $250.00 Our property is available for weddings and gatherings for an extra venue fee, this is negotiable . Our property is also available as a film set - also for an extra negotiable fee. It has been used for a couple of short films. We are semi rural so don’t be worried if the occasional possum runs across the deck or the roof . There is prolific bird life all around .. plus a brush turkey walks by comes to visit occasionally.
