Many walking/hiking trails are located in the surrounding areas, and during winter, the ski resorts of Pila, La Thuile and Courmayeur are just a 35min drive. This old mountain chalet has recently been fully renovated to the highest standard by an interior designer and offers unique views of the Aosta Valley. The chalet is southwards facing and benefits from direct sunshine throughout the day. The chalet is composed as follows: - Ground Floor: 1 large room with one king-size double bed (or two single beds upon request), ensuite bathroom (shower) and a 'pellet' stove. - First Floor: 1 room with one king-size double bed and ensuite bathroom (shower), 1 room with two single beds, 1 bathroom and a balcony which connects the two bedrooms. - Second Floor: large open-space fully-equipped modern kitchen and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a balcony running the width of the chalet. -Third Floor (mezzanine): living room with a smart tv and two single mattresses on the floor which can be utilized as two further beds. The chalet is fully equipped and has been designed with the comfort of the guest in mind. It is the ideal solution for weekend get-aways as well as for longer stays. Families with children are welcome, however please consider that the property is on 4 floors with staircases without hand-railings and the access to the mezzanine may be unsuitable for children. The whole property is free to rent. Situated at 1,350m altitude in the heart of the Aosta Valley, this charming mountain chalet enjoys stunning views of the nearby mountain peaks and valleys. The chalet is only accessible with a private car. No public transport is available in the area and a car is needed to get to the closest town, stores and restaurants. There are free parking spot in the surrounding areas.
