The White House by Lake Bolgoda

The White House is located by the waterfront of the famous Bolgoda lake, Hirana Panadura. It is 10 minutes' drive to Panadura town, 28km south of Colombo, 7km from the entrance of south expressway, from where you can drive 40 km to Bentota or arrange a trip to Galle. The property has a cosy, romantic sitting area with terraces overlooking the Bolgoda lake, four bedrooms, three toilets with hot water, a private pool, a fully furnished kitchen, a garden, free parking, WiFi, bottled water. The white house was built by my husband for himself to escape from the hectic city life. He used to come alone on a weekend to enjoy the calming and peaceful nature and surroundings. Later I came to his life and started coming to the house together with him. Now we would like to share this house with friends from all over the world who will appreciate the beauty of the house and the nature. The property has a cosy, romantic sitting area with terraces overlooking the Bolgoda lake. The master bed room is a large suite with a king-size bed and a spacious living area with an antique daybed, a reading area and a luxury bathroom with a large walk-in-shower. All rooms have open verandas facing the garden and lake with air-conditioning. Rooftop is perfect for sunrise and Yoga retreat. The private room by the pool is ideal for spa. If you book in advance, we can arrange our private chef to do a BBQ for you. Food items can be bought from the village vegetable shops within 1 km from the house, or from the supermarket in Panadura Town. Spa, yoga class and Ayurveic treatment can be arranged if you book in advance. Excursions available in the surrounding area: fishing, sigle boat, turtle farm visit, visit to Kalutara temple, Bentota, Hikkaduwa, or Galle can be done within a day. Whole house
