This gorgeous Mediterranean-inspired villa sits on a 1,500 square meter property in a quiet area in Laoag City. Just 5 minutes away by car from the city center of Laoag. AMENITIES: - 4 aircon rooms with private toilet and bath - 1 common toilet and bath (located in the first floor) - Well equipped kitchen - Grand staircase - Landscaped garden - Spacious parking area 1) Check-in time is anytime after 2 PM. Check-out time is 12 NN. 2) The rate published in Airbnb is for maximum of 20 persons only. In excess of 20 persons, there will be an additional charge of PHP250/person/night. This fee shall cover for the beddings to be provided per additional head, to ensure a comfortable sleep for everyone. The beddings include mattress, bedsheet, pillows and blankets. 3) Charges for the first 20 persons shall be settled through Airbnb. Additional person charges (in excess of 20 persons) shall be settled in the house upon check-in. 4) What we provide: - Free use of gas/LPG - Free use of dinnerware (up to 20 persons) and kitchen utensils - Complimentary one container of 5-gallon mineral water for each night of stay - Beds/mattresses including bed sheets, pillows and blankets - TV/DVD movies 5) What we do not provide: - Wifi - Towels - Soap & shampoo - Condiments e.g. cooking oil, salt, spices, etc. (if cooking) - Dishwashing liquid & sponge (if cooking) 6) Holding of events or parties in the house: This house is a sanctuary for those wanting to find peace and quiet in a laid back, provincial setting. Should your group wish to hold intimate dinner gathering for up to maximum 30 persons in the house, this is fine. However please do note that we are not an events place and as such, holding large scale events such as wedding reception, big birthday parties or similar celebrations during your stay is strictly prohibited. Catering is also not allowed and we reserve the right to refuse entry of caterers in our premises. 7) Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the house.
