Quiet, Homy & Clean House Our house is a clean, tidy and comfortable place. Located at the end of the block, so it would be perfect for those who like quiet and privacy homestaying. Please be well-noted : 1. As it is a homestay, we hope every guest could stay in like home. It would be very appreciated for self-cleaning any part of the house when needed. 2. We prepare the house as clean as possible. But of course there are possibilities we missed some dirty spots. If you find it please refer to point 1 above. 3. We hope every guest to take good responsible for the house so all incoming other guest could enjoy the same good and clean house anytime and for a long periode. 4. Please to always keep each other privacy among neighbourhood. Less interaction with neighbourhood is very recommended. Basically all house area is available for access. But conditionally we will send additional information when we need an area to be closed for access. We are available by appointment and can be reached by phone call or text message. • Accross Branchsto (Horse riding playground) • 10 minutes to QBig (Starbucks, Acehardware and other shopping avenue and playground as well) 1. We have a nice environment for jogging and more over we can enjoy jogging around a lake just 10 minutes jog from house. 2. There’s shuttle bus available as notes to get to some strategic place in BSD city area. 3. Getting around between house and cluster simply can be done by walking. We have a nice environment especially in the morning and evening. - BSD City Shuttle Bus currently is unavailable during covid pandemic - 15 minutes to ICE/AEON Mall - Play ground for kids is in front of house - Lake with jogging track
