With access to your own room of course and the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom which has both shower and separate bath. A laundry is also available for your convenience with washer and dryer and a courtyard for you to enjoy. As I also live at the property, you will see me on a daily basis. I am often out and about though doing my own thing. I appreciate people want their own privacy and space but am also happy to have a chat and mingle. I am very easy going. (Please note, the bathroom may be shared at times with other visitors). This is a truly quiet neighbourhood, a lovely oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. From the airport, you can arrive by taxi/car or take the Skybus to Southern Cross station and catch train/tram/taxi. There is a cat on the premises.
