Rumah Lio - 5 Bedrooms - for Family & Friends

If you like to stay in a quiet neighborhood but not far away from the center of Yogyakarta, Rumah Lio would be a place that suits your preferences. We are located in the side street in residential area, about 150 meters from South Ring Road, near campus Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Kedirgantaraan (STTKD) and Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI Yogyakarta). Our place is great for visiting tourists, academics, and family visitors. Rumah Lio is a 2 floor house, where each Floor has its own key for both privacy. First Floor: The first floor is designed with an open plan living room/kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. One of the bedroom has private bathroom. All bathrooms have stand up showers which are equipped with hot water. The living room comes with a sofa and flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving. Second Floor: On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2 bedrooms have double beds and a bedroom has 2 single beds). All bedrooms have air conditioning and one of them has a private bathroom. All bathrooms on this floor have also stand up showers which are equipped with hot water. The living room comes with a sofa and flat screen TV. There is no kitchen here, but a pantry with a sink, fridge with freezer, electric kettle and the necessary dishes you need to serve your meal. At Rumah Lio you don't have to bring bed linens and towels, we will provide them for you. You will have your own keys so you are free to come and go at any time. Everything in Rumah Lio is for use of the guests. You have total privacy at Rumah Lio. As a guest you are left alone to do your own things. But if you would have to contact us, we can keep in contact via WA or phone. We speak Indonesian and English. Wir verwenden deutsch nur im Schriftverkehr (wie E-Mail, SMS, (Hidden by Airbnb) ) We use German only for correspondence (such as E-Mail, SMS, (Hidden by Airbnb) ) Rumah Lio is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with minimal traffic. If you need something, there is a warung (traditional small shop) in front of us and a minimarket is located 300 meter from us. If you have your own car, we have a privat parking place for 2 cars. There are also taxi online with android applications which are called Saytaxi and Go-Car. There are ojek motor online Gojek and a City Bus line. Tourism centre Prawirotaman can be reached in 6 minutes drive if you want to spend your time in cafes or bars, either just to taste Yogyakarta culinary or to enjoy shopping for art goods and souvenirs. Alun-alun Kidul (southern Sultan's ground) and Kraton Yogyakarta is about 10 minutes drive, as well as Kasongan Pottery Village. Kota Gede Silver Village can be reached within 15 minutes drive and for the beach-lover, Parangtritis Beach is located approx. 40 minutes away from us.
