Tea Tree Gully Tranquility

Self contained 2 bedroom guesthouse in beautiful Tea Tree Gully. Close to pubs, restaurants, cafes and public transport. Both bedrooms have built in robes and drawers for storage. One bedroom has a super comfy king coil pillow top mattress. Open plan kitchen/living area has everything you need including washing machine, large electric oven and gas cook top. Microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Complimentary breakfast hamper and bottle of wine on arrival. Leather reclining lounge and 42 inch flatscreen tv. We are situated right at the foothills - Anstey hill recreation park is a 5 min walk away where you can hike and see koalas and kangaroos. Westfield Tea Tree Plaza is a ten minute drive away or you can walk 5 mins and catch the bus there - from there you can also travel by bus on the O'Bahn to the city getting you there in under 30 mins from our closest bus stop. The space is light and airy and was renovated in Jan 2017. There is an outdoor space available with table and chairs also. An infant port a cot is also available on request. There are 2 good sized bedrooms - queen beds in both. One has a super comfy king coil mattress just purchased late 2016. Built in robes and chests of drawers in each. large open plan living/ kitchen/ dining- leather reclining lounge(all 3 seats recline) and a recliner chair. 42 inch flat screen TV. iPod dock, DVD player with a selection of DVDs as well as a few board games (Website hidden by Airbnb) person dining table. Large electric oven, gas cook top, fridge with 3 drawer freezer, microwave & coffee machine. Bathroom - small but clean and we have fantastic water pressure with instant hot water that never runs out! Brand new r/c split system Washing machine Outdoor space - paved area with outdoor setting and electric outdoor heater 6 person outdoor setting and gas bbq. We also grow limes and tomatoes for guests to help themselves . We will be adding more veggies and herbs in the near future. Clothes line(no dryer at this stage) located down the side of the house. Entire space - 2 bedrooms, living area kitchen, bathroom and outdoor paved area and lawn. Off street and street car parking available Please be aware we live upstairs and you may hear footsteps above but there is only 2 of us and we work full time. We will do our utmost to be invisible and quiet but we are there if you need anything at all. We generally give guests their privacy but we are more than happy to meet you and even share a coffee or glass of wine!! So if that’s the experience you prefer please just invite us to come say hi! Otherwise we will leave you to it and it will be like we are not even there! Each guest is different so just let us know if there’s anything else you need. Also the bathroom is at the top of the stairs pictured and opposite that is our laundry which we access from a door at the top of the stairs. We are going to change this and put in a new door so we don't need to access any shared space. I will not usually need to use it while guests are there but it's better if you are aware before you arrive. We are on hand for anything you may need. We can also recommend things to do, restaurants etc. you can check yourself in so you can have complete privacy if that's what you are after. We do live above the property so if you need anything we can attend to it quickly. You may hear footsteps from us above but there are only 2 of us and we work full time so are not there much. We will do our utmost to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Currently our laundry is accessed through a shared area but we are in the process of changing this. Usually i won't need to access it when guests are staying anyway but I just wanted to make people aware. The bathroom and our laundry are at the top of the stairs pictured. Please be aware that the bathroom is upstairs! Also if staying with children the sides of the stairs are open. The back of the stairs is also open about 3/4 of the way up - see photo.
