Power backup for fans & lights 6.Food from care taker with prior intimation 7. Strictly not for parties /events, who run music disturbing the neighbourhood. It's new house .Spacious, running water supply with electrical geysers(Geysers have grid connections No backup in case of power failure.,sea view from the (Website hidden by Airbnb) will be two queen size beds. Four can sleep. Roll away for rest of the people.There is no neighbouring cottage. with tourists.Residential houses are there on adjacent yards.There are two bath (Website hidden by Airbnb) out to relax. front yard has paver blocks.Front yard is more shady due to trees around.Total nature all around. Guests are access to near by eateries ,walking in woods,nature. cycling and outdoor games can be played in the yard. The listing is near Aghanashini estuary (the river Aghanashini meets Arebian ocean) . Tadri fisheries port is also nearby. Guests can visit back water of Aghanashini/Sanikatta saltpans/enjoy cruice/make a trek to light house/paradise beach. I always like to interact with guests., but do not want to disturb the personal privacy.I am always available to clarify the doubts or questions if any through phone. The care taker's house is beside. Guest can take his help.I stay away from that place, around 5.4 kms away. Panoramic view of Gokarna can be seen. Lush green view of hills on one side,blue ocean on another side , ever green coconut palm groove in between can be viewed. No traffic,little bit deserted area, but very safe for all.Main beach is 20 min away.(2 kms)Kudle is 4.5 kms away and Om beach is 5.5kms away.Hotels are just at walkable distance. By 2 min walk you can reach the place where there is bus stop.Auto can be called for going to other places.Care taker can help you to get two wheeler if you want to hire.Your own vehicle can get in to premise.and car can be parked beside your stay (Website hidden by Airbnb) need to park on road side. This place is not for all. No sound, no dancing ,no music disturbs neighbour, no lound shouting, clapping etc.One can drink here, smoke here, but one should enjoy their stay with in (Website hidden by Airbnb) is the place where one can have peaceful stay on the lap of nature, one can connect with (Website hidden by Airbnb) is in a sensitive domestic area.There is finger count tourists visits the (Website hidden by Airbnb) is secluded because neighbour hood does not like il affects of tourism like dancing in night playing music. Sleeping late night by chatting loudly.The people around did not opend the space to tourists to avoid such things. 1.)Air conditioner is there . air conditioner can not operated during power failures. 2.)Fans and lighting have power back up for few hours. 3)Check in at any time after 12 Noon and check out at any time before 10 am.Early checkin and late checkout is allowed but subjected to availability and chargeble.
