'La Finca' Acreage Oasis Amongst the Birds

Welcome to La Finca! Our beautiful federation style country home surrounded by natural bushland and wildlife. Perfect for summer and winter entertaining with wrap around verandas overlooking beautiful Mangrove Mountain. Cool off in the sparkling inground swimming or relax in the heated spa as the sun goes down. Located 90 minutes from Sydney, this is the ideal get away from the hustle and bustle where you can do as much or as little as you desire. Massive entertainment area with swimming pool, cabana with spa, outdoor lounging, dining and bbq. 2 large living areas with heaps of entertainment to keep both adults and the young ones entertained, including large screen smart tvs, awesome foosball table, board games, netflix, foxtel (drama package) kids toys and small library. Kitchen is amazing, fully equipped to delight any chef, opening out to both the entertainment deck and living areas. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and their own ensuites (one with bathtub). Downstairs is the main bedroom with ensuite as well as the fourth bedroom with single bed. Handy fourth toilet for outdoor entertainment area. The whole house will be available for you to enjoy, we try to welcome you ourselves however if this is not possible then pincode entry for self check in will make settling in a breeze. Sealed road all the way. The property will be wholly available for your enjoyment and depending on arrival times we will endeavour to welcome you in person. We will also remain contactable should you have any questions throughout your stay. Public transport options are very limited. Closest train station is Gosford followed by 40 minute cab trip. There is no mobile coverage however we do have wifi to keep you in touch with the outside world. The property runs on tank water so you will likely prefer to bring your own water for drinking and cooking. Closest convenience store is 15 minutes away. We love our home and stay there regularly so some of our personal belongings are kept there, mostly in one pantry and one wardrobe. However we will endeavour to keep most personal items stored away and you will definitely have plenty of room for your things in every room.
