A beautiful, traditional- Kefalonian two floor house, a minute's walk from the village centre. Overlooking the Livatho area as well as mount Ainos it can accomodate 5 persons . The house is located in a quiet area, every room is painted in beautiful pale colours, a balcony with spectacular view is available as well as a beautiful yard to sunbathe or play with the kids! The house has got 2 floors. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed , a private balcony and air-conditioner as well as a second one with two single beds.Both rooms also have ceiling fans.The main bathroom has a shower.Down the stairs, on the ground floor there is a main area with a sofa, a dining table and an fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven to prepare your own meals.A small w.c area is also available . The surrounding area includes a shady porch to read your books and a lawn area for sunbathing. Parking is also available and free! All communication will be done via e-mail and there will also be a local helper to assist you on the spot. The house is only a minute's walk from the village centre and a 5 minute drive to the closest, child-friendly beach. A supermarket, a cafe and a restaurant are all within walking distance and the quiet surroundings as well as the beautiful views will have you coming back for more.
