Quiet location within 5 minute walk to the beach and boat ramp. Within flat walking distance to great coffee shop, takeaways, supermarket, chemist, post office, bowls club, golf course, bottle shop and newsagents. 15 minutes to the Spirit of Tasmania 10 minutes to Devonport Airport. The owners are close by and accessible by phone to answer any questions. Your privacy is ensured. Quiet culdesac very close to beaches, boat ramp and jetty. Area is flat - great for bike riding and walking. 15 minutes drive to the Spirit of Tasmania and 10 minutes drive to the Devonport Airport. Woolworths supermarket and small IGA along with other retail outlets are within easy reach. Options for eating out or you can use facilities to cook in. Toaster oven , microwave, induction cook top , toaster , George Foreman grill, Air Fryer, electric frying pan and BBQ are available. Easy walk and bike ride around whole town. If you need to cancel last minute due to Covid restrictions I will fully refund. But only for the time restriction is in place. Please advise of beds required at time of booking.
