Beachside Studio near Semaphore

Welcome to Starfish Studio Apartment in Largs North near the beach. This tastefully decorated beachside studio apartment is attached to our house with your own entrance. Fully self-contained with all the extras. Includes open plan lounge, kitchen, dining, bedroom, + ensuite with washing machine. Due to the coronavirus, we have enhanced our cleaning routine, and we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. This compact yet open plan apartment is inviting, modern and clean with high cathedral ceilings. It is fully furnished with queen-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, couch, luggage rack, coffee table, TV, DVD player, table and chairs. Your private ensuite includes a washing machine as well as your own hot water system to guarantee a hot shower any time. All linen is supplied including beach towels. All the extras are included such as basic breakfast provisions (for the first 2 days), wireless internet (wifi), iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, alarm clock radio with iPod dock, books, magazines, DVDs and board games. We even have a couple of old pushbikes you can use to get around more easily and explore the bike path through the sand dunes. We share the same access through the side gate but you have your own door to your self-contained apartment. We are just next door and can answer all your queries. We like travelling and meeting new people. We are not intrusive and will respect your privacy and space. Walk out the gate, turn left, cross the road, and the beach is right there. This quiet section of beach offers safe swimming and walking away from the crowds. Watch the western sun setting in the sea. Other features: Local store/deli, chicken shop, and cafe - a short walk around the corner - sell basic food items, coffee, breakfast, and a range of takeaway food options. Across the street: 8km walking/cycle path which stretches from North Haven to Semaphore South - a great way to explore this area. Sand dune running track and free exercise equipment (5min walk). Largs Bay precinct 1.3km south - Largs Pier Hotel, Queenies cafe and beachside fish and chip shop. Vibrant seaside suburb of Semaphore with cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The closest supermarkets are 5 min away by car from the apartment. Several “On the Run” service stations open 24 hours nearby. We have a couple of old second hand push bikes that guests can use. Nothing flash! A 3 minute walk to the bus stop where the local bus will take you to Semaphore and historical Port Adelaide where there are nautical, train and plane museums, a working port, dolphin cruises, pubs and wine bars, and more shopping malls and supermarkets. The nearest train station is a 10-minute walk (900m) and this gets you to the Adelaide CBD within 25 minutes. We have timetables in the apartment. The apartment is adjacent to our carport. We are quiet when we leave for work in the morning (Monday to Friday). Note that pictured sea views are from our front deck, and not from the apartment. Parking is free and safe on the street outside our house.
