Noojee Getaway

Nestled in picturesque Noojee, our little brick cabin is everything you'll need for that perfect getaway. In the best location, you’ll be walking distance to the Nooj pub, the heritage center & town. A little further along and you'll end up at The Toolshed. Enjoy the LaTrobe River & everything else that Noojee & it's surroundings has to offer. Take a walk out the back gate & enjoy mother nature, which will lead you to the famous trestle bridge. Or just simply enjoy our peaceful garden. You'll have access to the whole property: 2 bedrooms - each with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen - inc microwave, fridge & everything you'll need to prepare your own meals, bathroom & amenities with an extra large shower. There is also a washing machine for your use and the property will be fully serviced every 7 days for longer stays. Whilst, the space is quite modern with full amenities, there's a couple of things we've kept "old school"...the kanara is your only form of heating, please rest assured that we provide plenty of firewood to keep yourself warm & cosy. Wi-fi is also not connected , we hope that you might take the time to enjoy mother nature and unwind during your stay... There is a undercover carport on the property for you to park your car. So much to do and see in Noojee and surrounding Gippsland area....a weekend is just not enough! Mt.Baw Baw is also perfect all year round, with lots to see & do...a short 40 min drive up the hill and you're there! Noojee Bush Goods & The Little Red Duck cafe provide some basic amenities in town like milk & bread. You also have petrol and variety of other supplies at the Neerim Junction General store. Neerim South is the closest town with and IGA, butcher, bakery, medical supplies etc. Unfortunately, Noojee in general doesn't have the best phone reception, being in a gully and foot of Mt.Baw Baw. Telstra & carriers using Telstra lines will work. The remaining might in certain spots.
