3 BR with wifi, kitchen, views, 25 mins to Manali!

A recent addition to the already existing listings, this one is in Kullu, on the way to oh so good place - Manali! A full 3 bedroom villa all exclusively yours and your gang for as long as you want! We are located in the Bandrol, near the ITBP Rest House that includes a kitchen all inclusive for your use. The villa is made on two floors that houses an attic on the top most floor, along with access to terrace. The villa is covered with wooden flooring and is warm all year round. As you enter, you have the first bedroom on the mezzanine floor that also houses the kitchen and one attached washroom and the wonderful owner's bedroom who also lives in the property along with his family. On the first floor (flight of stairs involved), we have two bedrooms that house a common bathroom. The complete house has a wooden flooring that can accommodate as many as 10 guests. Once booked, the guests have the access to the complete villa all to yourself. You have the choice to choose the bedroom of your choice. Kitchen can be accessed when the owner is not around. A cook can be arranged to make your meals at an additional cost. You can also ask us to send food to you from an outside eatery. Since I may not be available to socialise with the guests, there is everything available at your disposal. Rafting and trekking activities along with paragliding venues are also nearby. Wine shop is within 3 kms and a department store for daily needs is also nearby. Heading to Manali? It's a 25 min. drive! 1. STRICTLY no shoes inside the house. Slippers are provided for the guest use. 2. STRICTLY no pets in the property. 3. STRICTLY smoking is in the balcony attached to all the rooms. Please make adequate use of ashtrays. 3. The dining table can be used for work purposes. 4. Before using/cooking/accessing the kitchen, please ask the owners. 5. Parties are allowed as long they are not noisy as there are others living in and around the property. 6. While checking out, please make sure that you empty the dustbins and place the towels in a place where we can judge that they need to be replaced. Please return any extra towels.
