Please do note that this place is very unlike any resort, hotel, motel, or guest house and this is a homestay all homely setup so all rooms are not similar. This space is best suitable for solo male/female, couples, and groups of families. I stay with my family in this cottage and the home is in a VIP community absolutely secure. There's a common sitting & dining area, reception, and a balcony. Second floor: There’re 02-bedrooms one bedroom has a valley view and another room has no view but there’s a balcony to enjoy the view. The owner is lives on the same floor in a private corner room. c) The third floor is connected by stairs from inside the second floor and there’s a huge terrace with a breathtaking mountain view. ◆There are only a few steps out from the cottage onto the local market within 100-meters grocery & vegetable shops. So you can take easily up & down a morning or evening walk within 03-km into the pine forest, apple orchards, Kali Temple and the road go till the end of the Horticulture/Agriculture Institute of Himachal Pradesh. ◆The neighborhood locality is most widely known because we are centrally connected within a 20-minutes drive to all tourist places as Kufri-10km, Naldehra-10km, and the mall Shimla-10km. The Mashobra is well peaceful and in one of the prime locations of Shimla. ◆ The neighborhood surrounding our home is a VIP community as peoples live here from the Indian Army, Indian Air force, Indian Navy, State Police officers, Indian judiciary judge, Doctors, and government officers are residents nearby from us and It is a quiet place where you'll relax and unwind yourself. ◆The Mashobra local bus stop, daily needs grocery & vegetable shops are just in a two-minute walk. The primary Hospital is just a 05-minutes drive from the cottage. The Mashobra bus stop is on foot just 100-meters only. All the daily needs shops as grocery & vegetable are just within 200-meters only. The primary health Mashobra Hospital is simply a 03-minutes drive. There’s sufficient free space for parking around Mashobra. There's a Lord Krishna, Kali Mata temple within 03-km can go on foot/car. There’s a Church that is just a 05-minute walking distance. The Indian President Retreat is 05-km in distance this is the second retreat of the Indian president which was constructed in 1850 is just a 15-minute walk. A beautiful village trek to SEEPUR VILLAGE 3-km. you can find a shocking hiking trail around Lord Shiva’s Temple, stream water on the way. A nature walk to CREAIGNANO-3km- may be a historical place made by British Chevalier Peliti as an Italian-style villa. there's now a fruit research station and winding path that leads through the forest of pines, apple orchards, and a shocking secluded picnic spot. In this regard, we request your cooperation in following some important information as: ☛The rate which is quoted is for the room rent only of 02-bedrooms which accommodate up to 04-peoples. The rate per person/night will be extra after 04-peoples if not mentioned during the reservation. ☛It is mandatory for all guests to present their valid photo identification at the time of check-in. The valid identification proof is accepted as an Adhar card/Driving license/Passport/Voter card only. ☛All the in-house services are available from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm only. Daily housekeeping for the room cleaning is fixed from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm only. ☛The pets are allowed in a limited area of the cottage but booked on prior request. Special arrangements for honeymooner, birthday & anniversary party is allowed on request charges and conditions apply. ☛The cottage is independent and very quiet so PLEASE No loud music or noise in the guest room is prohibited as a mark of the comfort of others. Please be courteous and strictly keep quiet after 10 pm. ☛We have in-house staff to assist guests if any need services. Please note due to COVID-19, we have stopped some services, so we believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance and room services. The accommodation/bed is available for driver/servant free of cost on prior booking. We do serve cooked food from our kitchen and the food menu is kept inside your room. The guest can choose the food items and pay accordingly. ☛The group rate applies for minimum 10-peoples on a fixed food menu cost per person/meal as Breakfast is Rs.200/-, Lunch/dinner is Rs.350/-net. ☛The guest can choose the food items as per their choice the cost would be per person/meal as breakfast Rs.250/-, Lunch/dinner Rs.450/-net. ☛Bar-b-que only coal setup Rs.500/-net per set/02-hrs. 07-09pm/day ☛Bonfire only setup Rs.1,000/-net per set/02-hrs. 08-10 pm on 01-day in advance order. ☛Electric room heat pillar (Big size) Rs.450/-net per heater duration 00 up to 1200 hours. The guest can cook the food in their private kitchen i.e. free to use and we request you to clean the utensils as you use them. If the kitchen is left unclean charges Rs.1000/-apply.
