We just ask that you observe a few important rules please: Events and parties are not permitted. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the home. No parties or events. Check-out is at 11AM. A £25 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys. Please refrain from making noise past 11PM. The booking guests must give information on every guest and this may verified against IDs at arrival. Guest is responsible for ensuring that the Accommodation is left in the same condition as it was in upon check-in. Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including and without limitation, failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Guest invites or otherwise allows into the Accommodation. Additionally, Guest shall comply with the following requests and/or instructions (the checked terms apply): Turn off heat/cooling before checking out Lock all doors and windows before checking out Maximum amount people in the accommodation at one time Key return instructions: Replace or compensate any broken/damaged items in the apartment which are not (Website hidden by Airbnb) damaged cause of aging. (Subject to availability) Our apartments are located in Lewisham, Greater London, England, United Kingdom. These apartments are located on Lee high road. Easy transport links to central London, there's a bus stop just on the road where the apartment is located with buses (running for 24 hours) to London bridge, Westminster, Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square and Oxford Circus. Nearby train stations are Elverson road, Deptford Bridge, Greenwich and Lewisham DLR train stations for easy commute by train and bus to different parts of London. Greenwich University and Goldsmiths College are not far from the property. Great location in London as it is 2-3 mins to Lewisham shopping centres, local amenities and the famous Lewisham market is a 2-3 minutes’ walk. Guests to this apartment have great choices of places to eat and relax around. Lots of restaurants around the area. There are nearby streets where cars can be parked free of charge. We cannot guarantee this and there are restrictions in some spaces Our apartment is in a superb location. 4 mins by bus and 8mins walk to Lewisham DLR station. Street pay and display or limited free parking in some residential streets. Free on-street parking after 7pm and at weekends (check signage to make sure). Clarendon Rise / Albion Way car park is a couple of minutes’ walk from our apartment. This is priced at £1.40/hr up to a maximum stay of 6 hours Mon-Sat 8:00-18:30 - and free outside these times. There is also free off street parking on manor park lane which is also few mins walk from 12noon. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the home. No parties or events. Check-out is at 11AM.
