A new 2 bedroom, one bathroom unit with outdoor entertainment area in the heart of Palmerston. Well equipped with everything you would need to start your holiday including a swimming pool! This is a fully independent unit on the ground floor of our elevated home. The unit is beautifully appointed and we have made sure that you will have everything you need during your stay. - Kitchen with plenty of appliances including coffee machine and juicer. -Outdoor entertainment area with BBQ and webber (To cook up your fish after a full days fishing) - Comfy beds and good quality linen including pool towels - Lounge and dining area -Wifi -Set in beautiful tropical gardens Just bring your clothes, food, drinks and enjoy. Guests have the full use of the downstairs unit and private outdoor entertainment area. The pool is shared with the upstairs house. We live in the upstairs family home above the unit with our friendly outdoor dog, Charger. We live on the property and will be available to welcome you, give you any tips for your travels (fishing tips, restaurants, bars etc) or if you prefer, give you plenty of space and privacy. -Quiet suburban area. -2 mins walk to bus stop. -3 min drive to Palmerston shopping centres, local pubs and restaurants -20 min drive to Darwin airport -20 mins to Darwin city
