Our home is a big, tidy and friendly place that we would love to share with you. Located in a safe and quiet street (cul-de-sac) with a lovely outdoor area. Our place offers a variety of spaces to chill and to eat by yourselves This can surely be your home away from home for a couple of nights or a longer stay. You will have your privacy throughout your stay as well as being able to socialize with my flatmate and I. You have the freedom of enjoying special spaces we have created in this large home. You can use all the spaces except the other bedrooms. Great, safe neighborhood. Very green and relaxing area behind our big lawn The house is in a walking distance to the main road and 100m to a bus stop which takes 10 minutes to Parramatta. There are also other bus stops which are about six minutes walk. Buses are (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) which will take you to Parramatta, Epping, Macquarie Park and Pennant Hills. Close to North Rocks Shopping Centre - Coles, Aldi ,K-Mart and lots of takeaways ( 5 to 7 minutes by car or bus) and the big Parramatta Westfield (10 min) Short walk (300 metres) to local bottle shop, chemist, Fish and chips takeaway. A Caltex station is 200 metres away. Convenient drive to University of Western Sydney and short walk to the Kings School. Your room has a spacious wardrobe. It is light and airy and has windows that open fully. Parking is easy with free parking right outside. Two showers so easy convenience for you. We can be flexible with your check in time.
