A King Sized Bed...divine!

West Footscray is an inner city family friendly environment boasting various parks and a choice of cafes all within walking distance. Victoria University and the Western Hospital are nearby if completing studies at either. Please note : It is a shared bathroom. If you are needing to isolate upon arrival we sadly cannot accomodate. You need to be comfortable around dogs. Our gorgeous boy spends a lot of time inside. There is no smoking on the property. Suitable for a couple or single, the room boasts a very comfortable king sized bed, bedside table, plenty of wardrobe space, reading light & ceiling fan. The side table is wide enough for working on a laptop but you also have the option of using a desk that fits perfectly in the corner of the room. Room is allocated in the family fridge and pantry for your groceries. There is a supermarket within walking distance & is on your way home from the train station. Toiletries are provided upon arrival, along with a fresh, clean towel and bed linen. A hairdryer is available if needed. The bathroom is shared. A drawer is allocated for your toiletries & we very quickly establish each others bathroom routine to ensure smooth sailing! There is a bus stop 'a jump, hop and skip away' from our front door and a train station not far (allow a 20 minute walk). To get into the city you have several options. You can: 1. Take the bus which will take you all the way into the city; 2. Take the bus to Footscray Train Station. From there you train into the city. The trip will take 30 minutes; 3. You can walk to West Footscray or Tottenham Train Station and head directly into the city. You have use of a washing machine and outside clothes line. If the weather is wet, a clothes horse/ drying rack is provided. Kitchen facilities for basic meals are available. I am busy preparing family meals between 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Please work around this time slot. I will leave that up to the individual. I'm always up for a chat but also respect the need for privacy. Our dog is a part of the family and is generally inside when we are home. Please be respectful of noise levels after 9 pm.
