It has a panoramic view of the port, the Venetian Kastro, the Temple of Apollo, and of course, the Aegean sea. It has a panoramic view of the port, the Venetian Kastro, the Temple of Apollo, the neighbouring island of Paros and of course, the Aegean sea. The house was built in 1992 on a 4-acre piece of land. It accommodates up to 10 people. Pets are also welcome. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a spacious lounge with two sofas that can be used as beds. Every room has a balcony with spectacular views. Guests will enjoy the breathtaking sunsets , privacy and tranquility of the privileged location of the house. The house is accessible by car. Α car is essential for moving to and from the house. Other amenities include: parking, WiFi, washing machine, and a hairdryer. A car is recommended for an easy and comfortable transportation to the house, down town and arround the island. There is parking space in the yard of the house. The property was a family house owned by Kiriaki, (kiki) Pittaras. Nowdays, her son Christos with his wife Jenny and sons run the house as a summer holiday home. It is a detached spacious house just on the outskirts of Naxos town, located on the hill of Agios Polikarpos, next to the homonymous chapel. Around the house are mostly quiet detached houses with large estates Guests will enjoy exquisite views from all parts of the home, with tranquility and privacy. There are no air conditioners, allthough the house is quite cool and even in the heat, it always blows a cool breeze. Moving to and from the house is by car. An uphill road leads to the house. It is 2.5 km away from the port (7 minutes drive ) and 4.5 km from the airport (12 minutes drive). The nearest beach is" Agios Georgios beach", 2,5-3 klm away from home. This sandy beach is actually the town's beach. It is the closest to the capital and for that, it is one of the most popular and crowded beach of the island. It is very long, extending for many kilometres and is full organized.
