Our garden studio is situated below our home in a very quiet garden setting. The studio is warm in winter and cool in summer in a delightful garden setting inhabited by native birds. The studio is where our children and grandchildren stay when visiting, it is a place to relax and call home. At present we are undertaking a comprehensive landscape plan which includes a garden area incorporating the studio. There is an outside BBQ with undercover parking under 10 minuets walk to Goulburn CBD The Studio is very private, however our guests could be visited by our dogs Molly and Daisy May who make every one welcome. Goulburn is quiet town only 2.5 hours from Sydney and 1 hour from Canberra, and 2 hours to the South Coast. The home is 10 minuets walk from the CBD and close to all facilities There is a train station with connections to Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne
