Second floor apartment with a double room, living room with a king size sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with an amazing view of the Lake Garda. The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 mins walking from the shore, restaurants, pizzerias and bars. A grocery store is just 1 Km from the apartment and the Bardolino city centre is within walking distance. The Affi highway toll and the nearby shopping mall are just 15 mins by car from the apartment. Covered parking spot. The apartment has a big terrace wit a wonderful lake view, a big livingroom with a double sofabed, a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a small balcony on the back of the building. Guests have access to the whole apartment, the communal yard with a private covered parking spot and a little cellar where they can put teir bicycles. I will be available when guests will need something. The apartment is located in the hills in a nice and quiet neighborhood but still it is just 5 mins walking distance from the lake, the beaches, restaurants and bars. The main point of interest are reacheble by walking, by bicycle, by car and a public bus station is only 5 mins walking distance from the apartment. Tourist tax € 1,- per guest per night.
