Only a few minutes walk to the town & public transport this period featured 3 bedroom home has beautiful 10ft ceilings, timber lined hallways, stained glass, fully equipped kitchen and a piano! LOCATION Within a few minutes walk from the Trafalgar Train Station, Cafes and Supermarket, you'll feel relaxed as you step back in time with a modern twist in my home. FEATURES The perfect accommodation for couples or families looking for a getaway. With period features, including 10 ft ornate ceilings, timber lined wall panelling, polished timber floor boards and stained glass windows you'll feel at home in this architecturally designed Californian Bungalow. KITCHEN With a fully functional modern kitchen including a large oven, cooktop and all the appliances you would need to cook a feast. We provide many cooking essentials including cooking oil, baking paper and a spice rack with over 30 varieties for your use. Dine on our antique Queen Anne dining table. BBQ If you prefer you can cook on the four burner hooded gas bbq with wok burner and all the accessories for outdoor cooking. ENTERTAINING Wine glasses and cheese boards and knives are also provided. For coffee lovers we provide fresh locally roasted beans a coffee grinder and bodum or traditional Italian espresso machine. MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT This is a family home with two televisions including a 43 inch TV connected to a surround sound system, the whole family can watch their favorite shows with cinema quality audio. Chromecast will allow you to stream your content and take advantage of the unlimited internet. MUSIC Play our full sized 100 year old upright Piano- it's in tune as well! The timber floors and high ceilings provide great acoustics. We also have a guitar and ukelele available for the musically inclined. BEDROOMS With 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms available for use, we have two generous sized rooms with queen sized beds and one room with a double bunk (double bed on the bottom a single on the top). HEATING AND COOLING With central heating and air conditioning you'll be comfortable all year round. My property is not just accomodation, it is my personal home and I welcome you into it. Trafalgar is surrounded by the beautiful Strezkecki ranges and I highly suggest a walk through the Uralla nature reserve only a few minutes away from my property- a 10 minute walk. Try one of our many cafes for a great breakfast or our Indian, Thai and Criterion hotel establishments for a great meal. Zingarellis Pizza and pasta offers delicious take away meals. 500 metres to the Trafalgar train station. 600 metres to the supermarket and town facilities. Check out the local Holden Museum while you're in town. This is a two storey home however only the bottom floor is available. The top storey will not be occupied during your stay.
