(So pest free) You can use the pool and gym and beachfront lounge chairs while they bbq on the grill available to everyone outside the condo. Kayaks available to rent. There are a few snorkels provided in condo and towels for the beach included with shampoo and soaps for laundry and free coffee provided and washer and dryer in unit. Beach pool and gym along with the grassy lawn and beach chairs along with beach access and free parking. I’m just a phone call away. This place has a lot of tourists from time to time and you will meet many interesting people if you choose and also provides enough space to maintain privacy if desired. Black out shades in the unit and deli Ling fans and a stand up fan. There’s a small shop next door with several food trucks and shopping centers just down the road along with Taco Bell McDonald’s and the Polynesian Cultural Center with several eating established enterprises on that property as well. Foodland a little further down and Turtle Bay Resort that offers cocktails and entertainment and horse back riding. A rental car is a must. This is a semi country location just minutes from Oahu’s famous North Shore surfing. It’s a great hideaway and people return here year after year. We stay booked solid most of the year until covid. We are now ready to host you again. The building itself has Quiet time every night after 10:00 pm and no hanging things out to dry on lanai. Be careful with the new blinds and the crystal drawer knobs are to be hand tightened only. Don’t try please. They might break if you tighten them to tight. Also the management doesn’t allow reversing into parking stahl.
