The Baba Flat - light filled apartment

The Baba Flat is a light filled apartment built as a second storey on our home. The apartment has been built to give my Dad a more private place to stay when he visits from the UK. It's the perfect option if you want to visit friends/family in the local area or as a base for exploring the South Coast of Sydney. We are perfectly located, 2 mins drive from Helensburgh CBD, 12 mins drive from Stanwell Park Beach and 10 mins walk to the Station. The apartment sits separately to our home on the second floor and offers beautiful bushland views. We offer a comfy, open plan living area with a dining table and spacious balcony. The spacious master bedroom has a second balcony and a built in wardrobe. The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or a king bed. There is full kitchen with dishwasher, sink, cook top, oven and microwave. Guests will have their own private access to the apartment. There is free street parking directly outside our house. We live downstairs (Tim - Dad, Jenny - Mum + 3 kids and Jake the very friendly dog) Helensburgh is a friendly, family focused community and offers all the amenities that you need including: Free Public Swimming Pool, 3 Playgrounds, Supermarket, Fruit and Veg shop, Many Cafes, Restaurants, Pub, Club Helensburgh is located a short drive from the stunning Bald Hill look out point and Stanwell Park Beach (10/12 minutes). We are equally close to the Royal National Park which offers stunning scenery, wonderful beaches and great bush walking. A mountain bike track has recently been built two minutes ride from our house, there are also extensive bush walking tracks in the same area (Garawarra State Park). We have on street parking right outside our house (free) and the station is just a ten minute walk down the hill. We are located 50 minutes away from Central Station and 30-35 minutes from Wollongong Station. We have just completed the build, some aspects of our landscaping at the front of the property are still being completed - mainly the driveway- this won't affect your stay at all.
