This property is Water Access ONLY Transport can be either bring your own boat, arranged with water taxi or rental of a boat with one of the operators in Brooklyn. Once you get to the house, it is all yours to enjoy except for the back shed. We do not recommend spending too much time in the back due to encounters with native animals and insects such as goanna, snakes and ticks (this is part and parcel of been in the national park). We recommend spending time in the front. This is the best part of the house We care about you and want you to have a hassle free stay. Please feel free to ask anything you are not sure about There are 44 houses on the passage and residents, and visitors, have been very good. I have never encountered any rowdy/obnoxious people with either crowds. It is a very good place on earth There are look outs, beaches and water hole that are accessible with a short walk or boat ride. Please ask if you like to visit and i can provide some instructions There is a charge of $100 per stay for cleaning and linen All properties on Milson are on tank water which can get very scarce very quickly. It would irresponsible NOT to be water wise. The toilet is a septic system please do not flush any sanitary waste products into the system. Rubbish needs to be bag and removed offsite as there is NO rubbish removal services on Milsons Passage
