New house in the pinewood, 480 m from the lagoon beach (Lagoa de Albufeira) & 1300 m from the ocean beaches (praias de Albufeira and praias do Meco) where one can go walking. 3 suites and a smaller bedroom with a piano. 4 bathrooms with 4 W.-C. Comfortable in spring, summer and fall thanks to its terraces with view on lagoon, and in winter thanks to its fireplace with recuperator. Many equipments at your disposal, in the house and the garden, including a garden kitchen/barbecue. In each bedroom, you can have separate or joined beds (2x 80 or 1 x160 cm beds). The 2nd floor room is generally adopted by the parents and the 2 rooms of the ground floor are often taken by the children. Between both floors is the main floor with the living room/kitchen, the extra room with recent (2016) piano and the bathroom with a 170 cm long bath. Ana, our hostess, will show you all the secrets of this house and give advices for the environment. Hot water comes from the solar panels and the 300 liters tank. For cold times, there are electrical radiators in the rooms and a big fireplace with recuperator in the living room. In the kitchen, you find everything you could need, from the dish washer to the microwave and traditional ovens etc... The freezer is in the nextdoor bathroom, near the washing dryer machine. There is a Wifi 40Mbps, by NOS operator. In the garden, you will find a small kitchen with barbecue, tables, lounge chairs and chairs. All the rooms. Our friend Ana, who is living in the "Alfarim" village center, at 3,5 km from the house, will host you and give you advices ans all the details to know. Lagoa d'Albufeira (Albufeira lagoon) can be reached after 10km road through a very nice pine forest. The opposite side of the lagoon is a natural reserve, with nobody and no house: only birds and other animals. From the house, you can go to the ocean's beach (25 mn walk) or to the lagoon beach (10 mn walk) The famous "Praia do Meco" is at 10 mn by car (or 45mn walking on the beach). The TST bus stops at 100 m from the house. It goes to the neighboring towns or villages : Alfarim, Santana. At Santana, you can take another bus to Lisbon (Lisboa) for about 4,50 € and it will take you 55 mn to reach Praça de Espanha in the very center of the City. See (Website hidden by Airbnb) You can either go to Lisbon by train on the line Setubal-Lisboa. The Coina train station is at 17km from the house and has a free parking for the cars. There are 4 train stops in Lisboa : Campolide, Sete Rios, Entrecampos, Areeiro. The duration between Coina and Sete Rios is 29 mn. There are 3 to 5 trains / hour from Monday to Friday.
