Rose'n Daves Guest House

This is a high set house in Brisbanes North. Close to all amenities and only three minutes walk to the train station. This is NOT a share house so it will be your own private space. We the owners live beneath this property and will be happy to help any time where possible. As we are on the premises we ask you to observe our hose rules regarding the number and age of guests. At the moment we are offering two bedrooms , one double and one queen, bathroom, toilet, dining , kitchen and living area. You will have your own washing machine. Clothes dryer or clothes line can be shared with the owner. There are also three upstairs air conditioners. Guest have access to their own facilities without the need to share their living space. Collect keys from host on arrival. ( Or take from the lock box located near the upstairs front door - dependant upon time of arrival or request) Please use available space in the undercover double car port that adjoins the house. Customer can message or come downstairs to the back door in the backyard to speak in person. Generally a quite neighborhood with all modern amenities close by. Local grocery store and takeout / eat in option available at close by Anzac Avenue. Major shopping Centre at North Lakes also available within 10 minute drive further dining options, movies and all the shops. Local beeches available at Redcliffe with Sunday Morning Markets also there. A hire car is a great way to visit both North (Sunshine) and South (Gold) Coast, but a train will also get you their and our train station is only three minutes away, and we will be happy to advise the best way to use the train service. Undercover double car port available adjoining the house please use the space available closest to the house for guest parking. Key collection from host on arrival.
