Modest 2 bedroom semi in a lovely little village called Ceres its 6 to 10 mins drive into St Andrews.

The property is ideal for 2 couples wanting to come to the 150th open in st Andrews as its literally minutes along the back country road to town very very tranquil village house is comfortably and warm and clean large tvs in all rooms it is a 5 day minimum booking but we can discuss that once booked . All bedding will be brand new never used and none of my personal effects will be left around . I can also arrange taxi for yous to and from the open if needed as I have a taxi in st Andrews aswel. It's a normal 2 bedroom semi detached house for this are in a famous village.called Ceres its very tranquil and very nice to relax . You will be able to use tumble dryer in garage aswel . I will meet you on arrival and will be on call to help if there is problems not a problem. very very peaceful village 1 little pub and 1 shop. there is room for 1 car in the drive at rear of property as I only enter and exit the property from the rear but plenty parking in the small culdisack the house is in . I do have a taxi in st Andrews so we can arrange getting you to.and from the open as needed at not much extra cost .
