Our 1 bedroom studio offers air conditioning, a Queen Bed, Kitchenette & bathroom. Wifi and smart T.V. with Netflix capability are included. The studio is on the ground floor with its own separate entry and boasts sea views alongside country living. There is also plenty of parking on-site. The property has a wonderfully rustic, country vibe where you can get away and relax from the busyness of day-to-day life. The property boasts a newly planted avocado orchard, ocean views with beach access. Train tracks run along the front of the property with trains running a few times a day - provides great entertainment for train enthusiasts. The owners are slowly upgrading the property, converting it from a forgotten hideaway into a homely estate. The studio where you will be staying is newly renovated with a modern, country feel. Much quieter than the more popular beaches, often we can be the only ones on the beach! By car and you can park for free on our property We have two children, and they do love to play outside. While we try not to let them run around too much while we have guests staying, you may see/hear them from time to time.
