A dreamy 2BHK villa by the Sea, Kelwa Beach

TWO BEDROOM HOUSE SET WITHIN A PICTURESQUE FARM, WITH VIEWS OVERLOOKING THE SEA. BESIDES THE TWO BEDROOMS, THE HOME HOLDS AN OPEN PAVILION, A BREAKFAST PATIO, A SHADED COURTYARD, A BARBECUE PIT, HAMMOCKS AND MULTIPLE OUTDOOR SIT OUTS. Ours is a 2 Bedroom rustic villa set within a picturesque farm, with the views overlooking the sea. The villa is right by the beach.Besides the 2 bedrooms, the home holds an open pavilion, a breakfast patio, a shaded courtyard, a barbecue pit, hammocks and multiple outdoor sit outs. This house has been our weekend home and is within 2.5 hours driving distance from Mumbai ( central Mumbai) One of the bedrooms is very large and can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. The second bedroom though not as large as the first one, is fairly spacious. The caretaker can cook a basic meal, including some typical village style simple chicken gravy, dal & rice, roti and some simple vegetable. The guests are requested to pay him for the groceries and provisions. You can directly coordinate with the caretaker and pay him for the cooking services provided. .There are also many restaurants close by if you wish to eat out. There are three forts on this beach. One is at the southern tip of the beach and is submerged in sea water during high tides. The smaller one, is located within the coniferous trees near the northern tip on the beach. There is also a famous shitala devi temple at kelwa. The kelwa beach has a fair share of activities. They have para gliding and ATV bikes. The guests have access across the entire property as well as home. I am always available in the phone of via (Hidden by Airbnb) . On reaching the property you will be greeted by our two caretakers that will attend to your needs We are a farm house in the middle of farms. Walking distance are few small hotels, with a resort Shantisheel about a 5 minute drive away. The Sitladevi temple is about a 15 minute walk away with a lot of fun activities for the kids on the beach. You can get here by car or train and auto. Enjoy the place! No need to venture to nearby eateries.
