Our studio is only a 5 minute walk to the Ridge Health Centre/closest café and doctors surgery, 15-20 minutes to Montmorency train station/town centre and only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Due to Covid-19 we are taking the following precautions :- We are blocking out our listing for 48 hours between guests and doing a deep clean prior to new guests arriving. There is a $20 cleaning fee. Weekend rate (Friday and Saturday) $100 per night for 2 people. Breakfast (Cereal and Toast) is included upon request and we can arrange a cooked breakfast or dinner at an additional charge. Because the studio is on our property - we will be living there during your stay so we're always there to help if there is anything you need. Please feel free to give me an idea of what your plans are during your stay (It's work/holiday thing etc.) as we can assist you in visiting some of the local attractions. We live in a peaceful setting so no parties and large gatherings are welcome. Lastly, please remember that leaving a rating for your stay is important. It's the trust bit that makes Airbnb work.
