Bear's Den: Riverside Cabin, 1 Bed/1 Bath

A cozy, rustic, 1 bedroom /1 bath log cabin (sleeps 4- including futon) awaits you as you enter the Gateway to the Northern Maine Woods. With close proximity to Baxter State Park, you'll experience all-season outdoor fun. A few steps down the riverbank to the beautiful Penobscot River will find you with a breathtaking view of Mt. Katahdin (on a clear day). Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Please park on either side of the driveway as you arrive at the property. Note: try not to park under the pine trees as you may wind up with pine sap on your vehicle. Bear's Den shares outdoor space with its companion cabin, Moose's Lair. These spaces include: campfire/ fire pit, access to the river. This rural, peaceful property lies approximately halfway between Lincoln, Maine and Millinocket, Maine, where you can access shops, and other amenities. Please park on either side of the main driveway area as you reach the cabins.
