Penny's Villa, a traditional house in Vlihos, with a big garden and an incredible sea view! Consisted of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room in one big room, porch with an incredible sea view and a very big garden. Penny's Villa, is a 113 sm house in Vlihos, with a beautiful big garden,a porch with sea view and a small private church where you could carry out your wedding or a baptism. Penny's Villa is a two floor house, but only the 1st floor is on rent. Each floor is independent. It has a big living and dining room all in one room, that has access to the porch with the incredible sea view, kitchen fully equiped, bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is also a couch in the living room which can be converted to a bouble bed. Penny's Villa has a beautiful big garden where you can relax and enjoy the calmness of nature. It also has a beutiful porch with an incredible view of the sea and mountains. The private little church is right next to Penny's Villa and right below it, going down just a few steps, is the beach. I am willing to help you in anything you might need. Penny's Villa is located in Vlihos, which is a small settlement that only has houses and 3 tavernas. Vlihos is about 30 minutes on foot from Hydra's harbour or just 10 minutes by boat or sea taxi. It is a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing or family holidays next to the sea. There are 2 ways to reach Hydra's harbour which is the centre of the island from Vlihos. One is on foot and the other is by sea. On foot there are two routes from which you can choose. You can either go by coast and you will enjoy the sea view all along, or you can go through the picturesque alleys of the island. By sea you can choose between a boat, which departs every half an hour throughout the day from May-September and it takes 10 minutes, or a sea taxi which is the quickest way! You reach Hydra's harbour in just 5 minutes and they run day and night! Pets and smoking are allowed. We can provide upon request, cleaning services with an extra cost of 30 euros. You are kindly requested to leave the house in the condition of your arrival.
