SANDY AND HER LOVELY GREYHOUND, BETTY

My house is bright, cheerful with a pleasant outdoor sitting area - back and front. I have a friendly dog and a garden which is coming along nicely. The spare room has a pleasant outlook, is quiet and there is your own bathroom next door. Walking distance to a park and coffee from BeanNLoaf 2 minutes drive away. My greyhound comes in and out as she pleases but spends most of the day snoozing. Large guest room with 1 single bed and a day bed for a child or small adult and built-in robes. Bathroom for guest use right next door. Quiet street and quiet neighbours. Lounge and tv available. Outside chairs for fresh air and relaxation. Kettle in the kitchen for tea or coffee. A basic brekkie is provided. I'll be home some of the time as I do a lot of volunteer work. Quiet area. Lovely park just down the road. Bus to city via Aspley within walking distance. Another bus to city about 10 minutes walk away. Train about 10 minutes walk or take 'Aspley' bus to train station. Always make sure that doors are locked when you go out and the front gate is properly closed. Please park on the street and back from our driveway so I have access to my garage.
