Valley View Cabins Canungra

Our property is situated at the base of the Green Mountain section of the Lamington National Park. We are 9 kilometres from Canungra township and situated between two local wineries. It is a 30 minute drive to the Gold Coast or 1 hour to Brisbane. You’ll love our place with it's great views, the local wildlife, comfy bed, and spacious layout. Our cabin is good for couples and solo adventurers and within walking distance of local wineries. A 1.4 km onsite bush walking track is also available. Our cabin and family home are co-located on 35 acres of rural and native bushland. The property is also home to all manner of wildlife including a variety of native birds, goannas and wallabies (similar to a kangaroo) which can be seen grazing most days, early in the mornings and late afternoons. An outdoor Fire Pit is available to our guests in the winter months. (unless Fire Restrictions are in force). Guests will have access to most areas of the property during their stay and may access the 1.4 km walking track upon request to your host. Our track requires a moderate fitness level and appropriate footwear to complete and is considered to be Class 4 or 5 under Australian Standard definitions. The Metz Cafe for coffee and snacks. As Valley View is located 9km from Canungra township and approximately 35km from the Gold Coast, a car or motorcycle will be needed for any other day trips or supply runs into the township. The gravel driveway up to the cabin is quite steep, so guests should select low gear at the bottom of the slope and/or maintain a steady speed up to the car park.
