Recently renovated, private access, guest parking, spacious studio, fully stocked self contained kitchenette, queen bedroom suite, stocked modern ensuite, TV, air conditioned, fire alarm, access to heated salt water swimming pool, flood lit tennis court, with racquets and balls available. Catered with treats and essentials on your arrival. The Villa is a spacious studio. Close to everything you will need by car. We are 5 minutes to the left to Rutherford marketplace, woolworths and takeaways. 15 minutes to the right and you are in the heart of the wineries. The Villa at Windella is a 45 minute drive to Newcastle, 10 minutes to Maitland and only 10 minutes to the edge of the Hunter Valley wineries. While our guests stay with us, they are an extension of our family. Ask us what you need to make that break away memorable, we will be sure you will want to come back! A beautiful private and spacious studio is yours to enjoy, separate to the main property. As little or as much as needed. We will be available to answer any of your questions. Concert bus stops at on the New England Highway, 1km from The Villa. Closest train stop is at Telarah, a 5 minute drive. We can offer transport at a reasonable rate, when available. Had a big day exploring and just want to settle in for a cosy night? Ask us about room service main and dessert, dinner for two menu at $20 per person ($40 for two) delivered to your door at a nominated time, when we are available to provide. Transport to and from events or dining to the Hunter Valley is negotiable, averaging $40 each way. $50 one way. No need to drive. Just request upon booking.
