Elegant house, heart of Tuscany

The house is suitable for a family with 2/3 child or for 5 adults, as the 3rd bedroom is fitted with a 1 and an half square bed. The house is at your complete disposal, except for one room and the garage, the which will remain closed. I'll be there only for the check-in and the check-out. A lady will take care of everything two times a week, the final cleaning and everything needed, knowing the house well. The house is located at the end of a dead end street, absolutely quiet and silent, but lived by other families close to the house. Well connected by public transport, it is located 1 km far from downtown Monsummano, 4 km from the A11 highway, 6 km from Montecatini Terme and in 30 minutes you can reach VINCI, native country of LEONARDO, the GIOCONDA painter, with his museum house. A golf course is located at 6 km. In 1,5 km you can find the GROTTA GIUSTI SPA, well known natural resort spa, also available paying a daily fee.
