Alex Hills - Large Family Home with Pool

This entire ground floor guest house is suitable for family short or long term stay. It has its own access, 2 bed rooms, swimming pool, full kitchen with large fridge and cooking supplies, a bathroom with wash machine, large living room with air conditioning and smart TV, Wifi and undercover car space. 25 min from BNE airport or city, very close to shopping center and walking distance to TAFE. This ground level guest house offers 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, one bathroom, two living area, undercover car space and a veranda. The back door in the living room opens to the backyard and swimming pool. My family live upstairs with different entrance. Guests can enter from the front glass door and get through the dining room and living room to the back yard and swimming pool. The side door and the hallway leads to the upstairs are not for the guess to access. Guests can press the door bell from the side door if they want to see me when I am at home. Otherwise they can message me or call me. I would love to have a chat with my guests if they want to. I am happy to leave them alone if they prefer. Shopping center is a few steps away. The guest can buy everything they need by walking. The house is in the middle of everything, easy to drive to all directions. Bus stop is about 100m away. Shopping center is 50m away with plenty of parking. We offer under cover parking. And street parking right in front of the house is always available. I prefer to meet my guests face to face on the first day. But self check in is available.
