Esplanade apartment

The area is two bedrooms plus a private bathroom and lounge area on the ground floor of our very quiet house which overlooks the bay. You have exclusive use of a large undercover patio with BBQ , which overlooks the garden. You also have 2 TV's, microwave, toaster, hot plates and jug. It is an ideal spot for walking along the foreshore. We are 15 mins walk from the train and 10 mins from the shops .(we do pick up and drop to train). We will do everything possible to make your stay a happy one. Our house is 3 years old so everything is modern and new. We are only just starting to do airbnb so everything has been bought with this in mind. We have been in the motel industry for the past 8 years so we are very used to catering for guests. We are well traveled and have a vast knowledge of Australia, also having lived in every city on the East coast. If you pay for two people you will have just one bedroom at your disposal, however if you pay for three or four people you will have two bedrooms. You have exclusive use of the large back undercover patio which can be made very private as it has roll down blinds all around which makes it like another room. There is not a kitchen as such, but you do have a microwave, BBQ and hot plates. I will be available during the day to give any assistance needed, and will be happy to drop off to the train station if needed. Our neighbourhood is a hidden gem, but very close to Manly and Wellington Point with their many cafes and restaurants. We are of course opposite the water so close to boating and ramps for boating. We have available parking on the street for long vehicles such as caravans or boats. We have undercover parking on our property for one car.We have Capalaba shopping centers within 15mins drive and they have every shop you can immagine. We have a train which goes straight into Brisbane and takes about 45mins, the station is 15 mins walk or 4mins drive with parking at the station. You will be allocated an undercover car space and you have your own entrance to the area.
