Modern 4 bedroom Lakeside residential home

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. 4 bedrooms, 3 with Queen beds & bunk room for 2 extra guests. Lakeside walk into town via walking track, beach & children playground within 5 mins walk. 5 mins to access the public boat ramp & rowing club rooms. Both Tahbilk & Michelton wineries 10-20 mins drive. Plenty to see & do with several fabulous bars & eateries in town. Fabulous nearly new home, I’m a great spot, 700 metres walking distance from Main Street along the lakeside track. There is a small table out the front where you can enjoy the uninterrupted views & sunset over the lake (the block opposite is still vacant but work has begun😀) The front garden is open to the road, with no fencing, however the small backyard is securely, fenced and has a shaded deck with outdoor table and chairs for 8. Although this is my home, I’m travelling at the moment and you have access to the entire home. The garage is locked but there is room for two cars in the driveway. All the creature comfort’s are there and I’m happy for guests to use anything at hand. I may be away when you come to stay, but I return regularly so I could be close enough to greet you. I can always be contacted through Airbnb and I will be very responsive to any questions or concerns. The home is in a residential estate directly opposite the lake. It is in a quiet location. It can be faster to walk into town then to drive, however it’s five minutes either way. I’m happy for you to use anything in the pantry or the fridge, just leave a note if you use the last of anything. Heating- there is a split system that heats the main living area with doors closed to rest of the house. There is also gas ducted heating, this heats the entire home and is required for heating the bedrooms. The remote for the split system is in the buffet in the dining area, the wall mounted control for gas ducted heating is on the wall on left at sliding door leading to bedrooms 2 & 3. When using the gas heating, the sliding door needs to open very slightly as the return vent is in the hallway on other side of the door. In the colder months I give it a blast 10 mins before bed then reduce temp to 16/17 degrees for overnight. Cooling-the house has evaporative cooling, so there needs to be some air coming in from outside, maybe use the sliding door to the back or any of the windows.
