Charming Studio in Cesana // 0 km from ski slopes

Our studio apartment is completely equipped, perfect for families and young people. It is on the third floor of a big building, with lift. The building is next to Hotel Solaris Cesana, exactly 100 metres walking distance from ski lifts and slopes. --- Il nostro appartamento è completamente attrezzato, perfetto per giovani e per famiglie. Si trova al terzo piano di un grande edificio con ascensore. Si trova accanto all'Hotel Solaris, a soli 100 metri dagli impianti di risalita e dalle piste. Four people can comfortably live here. There is a double sofa-bed (for max 2 people) which can be easily opened, and a bunk bed (2 twin beds, for max 2 people). There is an hall, a living-room (with a table for 6 people), a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower. It is about 30 square metres. Fittings: microwave, fridge, smart TV, hairdryer. For your car, there is a private indoor parking place on the underground floor. There is also a ski room with your private ski-box. There is also a bike space on the ground floor. For skiers: lifts and slopes are 100 metres walking distance. You can get on the cable-cabin n.39 to Sansicario (called Cesana-Ski-Lodge) and/or on the chairlift n.40 to Clavière (called Rafuyel). The downtown of the village, the City Hall and the Tourist Office are 150 metres walking distance. --- Può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. C'è un divano letto matrimoniale (max 2 persone) che può essere facilmente aperto + un letto a castello (2 letti singoli, max 2 persone). E’ composto da ingresso, soggiorno (con un tavolo per 6 persone), cucina, bagno con doccia. Circa 30 metri quadri. Accessori: microonde, frigorifero, smart TV, asciugacapelli. Per la vostra auto, c'è un parcheggio interno privato al piano sotterraneo. C'è anche un deposito sci con il vostro ski-box privato. C'è inoltre una rastrelliera per le biciclette al piano terra. Per chi ama sciare: gli impianti di risalita e le piste sono a 100 metri a piedi. Potete salire sulla cabinovia n.39 per Sansicario (che si chiama Cesana-Ski-Lodge) e/o sulla seggiovia n.40 per Clavière (che si chiama Rafuyel). Il centro della città, il Municipio e l'Ufficio del Turismo distano 150 metri a piedi. The whole studio apartment is at your complete disposal. Be aware since now that the day before your arrival I’ll need you to send me (by email or (Hidden by Airbnb) ) a copy of the I.D. Card or Passport (other kinds of cards/licenses are not allowed) of EACH of the person staying in the apartment. If not, due to Italian regulations, I will not be able to host you. Furthermore, consider that in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) the Town Municipality established the “tourist tax”, so you will be kindly requested to pay 1,00 euro per person per night. We kindly ask you to let the money (cash) in the apartment before your departure. --- L'intero monolocale è a vostra completa disposizione.
