Cozy private 1-3 rooms in the lower level

I am located right off interstate I90, 1.5 miles south of Mitchell, SD. I have an entire home to rent or several bedrooms available. Perfect for hunters or Sturgis go-ers :) The lower level has three bedrooms to choose from. One has a bigger window and a queen bed and the other room has a small window so it is a little darker but has a king sized bed. The third room has a queen bed and small window. 1 room available at set price and each additional room is another 30.00 If you are renting a single room or up to 3 rooms the space you will be enjoying is the whole lower level which includes a bathroom and living room with a smart TV. If you are renting the entire house it will be all yours to enjoy. If you are renting the single room or rooms they will be to the left as you enter the front door and down a few steps on the other side of the living room. There are 3 rooms to choose from. I always try to be around to great you, however I am a very busy women. I will communicate at booking if I will be around or not. 1.5 miles from the interstate in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access in and out of town. I will have recommendations for places to go to dinner upon request.
